A sales desk that answers and takes orders.
BizResponder is a small business inbox. Customers message you on WhatsApp or Messenger; the desk replies, looks up your products, and builds a draft order. The customer confirms it in their own words, and only then does it become an order.
Inbox
Conversations from WhatsApp and Messenger in one list. Visible replies and internal notes are stored separately, and nothing is deleted.
AI turns
The model returns one JSON envelope per turn: a customer-facing string in front, and a private set of actions in back. Every attempt is written to ai_turns.
Drafts and orders
A cart becomes a draft with missing fields. Promotion freezes the items and prices into an order. Prices and availability are always re-read from the product row.
How a device connects
Each channel gets a connection key on the Devices page. The key is shown as a QR code and as JSON. Scan it once from the BizResponder app; the app decides which platform the device will serve and reports it back.
What is kept
Messages, AI turns, webhook events and activity logs are append-only. Business rows are soft-deleted with a timestamp, so history stays readable.
